The nearest commercial airport is in Burlington, about 42 miles away. Follow signs from airport to I-89. Take I-89 South to exit #10. Follow signs to Route 100 South through Waterbury. Follow Route 100 South for 22 miles through Waitsfield. After town of Waitsfield, Route 100 curves left intersecting with Route 17. Continue on 100 South approximately 4.2 miles. The Seasons resort will be on your left. If arriving via Vermont Interstate 89 please use Exit 9 in Middlesex or Exit 10 in Waterbury and follow Route 100 south to Resort. All other routes may have some unpaved very rural sections .If arriving via Vermont Interstate 89 please use Exit 9 in Middlesex or Exit 10 in Waterbury and follow Route 100 south to Resort.

Check-in time is only from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on your scheduled check-in day. Guests who cannot arrive during the established check-in time must call the resort at 802-796-7669 for further instructions.

Office is not open on Sunday. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. The resort does not maintain an office or front desk.

Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
