BY AIR:Pto Plata 93miles or Sto Domingo120 miles or El Catey Intl 50M open in Nov2006 BY CAR: From Puerto Plata go through Cabarete and Nagua to Sanchez. Be careful of the turn off to Las Terrenas, 100 mts along on the left after the Texaco gas station as you leave Sanchez. In Las Terrenas,the resort is on the Las Ballenas beach, 200 mts after the Colibri hotel. (not to be confused with another hotel called Bahia Las Ballenas on Playa Bonita) From Santo Domingo, take the road north to San Francisco de Macoris, then on to Nagua and Sanchez (continue as above). Please advise the resort of your arrival date, time and # of guests. Reception is open from 9:00 - 12:00 and from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs.
