The Marlin features the pleasures of a massive 20,000 sq. ft. swimming pool beautifully landscaped to offer lots of shade. There is a fantastic 103 ft waterslide and a kiddie section with shallow water and fountains. Relax in the big hot tub while watching your children play. The facility also has Olympic-size lanes and private caves for everyone's exploration. Taino has a small playgound area for children. And Lucaya Watersports is on site to facilitate all water sports activities. Laundry facilities are also located on the premises and there are scheduled shuttles to and from the local grocery store.

The Marlin is comprised of beautiful condos, including ocean view and poolside suites. These are regal quarters that range from a cozy efficiency to boastful Grand Villas. They are the work of new generation craftsmanship and were built to pamper. All units have been tastefully furnished with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood furniture. There are three unit types: Studio, one bedroom with Bahama Room, and one bedroom on the top floor.

The closest major airport is six miles away. It is recommended that you take a taxi from the airport to the resort. If you drive, take East Mall Drive to East Sunrise Highway, turn left, turn right on Sea Horse Road, left on Midshipman road, right on West Beach Drive and right on Jolly Roger Drive. The resort is 1/2 mile farther on the left.
