Mandatory Goods and Service Tax is 18 %, . Cash or Credit is accepted. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort.

Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.

Pets are not permitted at the resort.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 4400 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay

Email and inform hotel in advance of late arrival or cancellation; it is the resort's sole discretion to release unit/s without notice. Wi-Fi is available on a chargeable basis. Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hours prior to arrival: failure will result in the guest being charged daily room rent.

For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount as a special member privilege is given to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages.

Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children below 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child less than 5 years of age.
