- Check-in is available on Friday from 3:30pm to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm to 6pm.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Fire restrictions are in place for the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest through June 30, 2025, including campfires, fireworks, and any other fires. Please inquire with the resort for additional details.
- Most units require stairs for access. However, LaCosta A and LaCosta B are walk-in units with Friday check-ins, and Eagles Nest, Woodlands, St. Andrews, Greenbriar, and Firestone have Sunday check-ins.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- The resort does NOT offer 24-hour check-in, so guests MUST call the resort at (706) 746-2743 in advance if arriving after 4:30 pm. The resort is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
