Please note that there are stairs to most units and no elevator access. Pets are not allowed, and units are non-smoking. A USD $250 credit card security deposit is required at check-in, and you must be 21 to check in.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is for less than 7 nights. Current rate $105 till end of year. New rate effective January 2025.
