All check-ins and check-outs are done at the Lodge Office beneath the Woodshed Bar. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
High chairs and portable cribs are available on request.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

Should you plan to arrive after the office is closed, please notify the Lodge Office at 01479 813117, ideally 48 hours before arrival, to schedule key pickup arrangements.
