- Check-in times are between 4pm and 6pm; you must contact the resort in advance for late arrival. There is a $500 security deposit required upon check-in, as well as providing credit card information. Early check-in at 1PM costs $75 (if available). Late check-out at 1PM costs $75 (if available). Standard CHECK-OUT time is at 10AM.
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please send email confirmations (which are required) upon check-in at the resort to: NOLAHosting@gmail.com ; please send an email with any questions. Resort has a $400 security deposit , they are a self check in facility, inbound will be sent an invoice that must be paid prior to arrival. The deposit , less any damages if applicable, will be refunded to guest in 7-10 business days.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Resort is self -checkin, Confirm receipt of Welcome Packet prior to arrival to insure guest has access codes for the week of their stay. Make sure the email address is for the arriving guest, The Welcome Packet will have the property and apartment access codes. There is no Front Desk or greeter - especially if not arriving between 4pm-6pm.
- Resort only has 6 units and all have steps, the property is not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues; there is no elevator.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- There is no onsite parking. The closest parking lot is: https://premiumparking.com/P409 at 2135 Decatur St. Reservations are advisable. No pets except Service Animals. Current service certification and current rabies vaccine documentation must be provided 30 days prior to arrival, email this documentation to NOLAHosting@gmail.com. Smoking of ANY PRODUCT in the unit will result in a $250 charge for odor removal and addtional cleaning.
