The closest commercial airport is in West Palm Beach, 20 miles away; the Fort Lauderdale airport is 25 miles away. From West Palm Beach Airport, take I-95 south to Linton Blvd. Go east on Linton Blvd. to A1A north. Stay on A1A 1 1/2 miles and turn left at Miramar. The resort office is first building on left. From Ft. Lauderdale Airport, take I-95 north to Linton Blvd. Go east to A1A turn left at Miramar. Resort office is in the first building on the left. The office is closed on sundays. The office is open only until 5pm. If you anticipate a later arrival, you MUST contact the resort in advance. All check ins are contactless. Guest must contact resort before noon on Friday.

This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.

Guests must check-in remotely, the resort no longer offers same-day in-person check-in. All incoming guests must phone and confirm their reservations 72 hours prior to check-in; please call the resort at 561-276-0309 and provide us with your correct contact information, as well as security deposit. If guests fail to do this, they may not be able to check-in.

Fourth of July guests will be allowed only one parking pass. If a guest needs an extra pass, it will cost $50.00 per day, per vehicle. Access to the pool will be restricted to members and owners only, with a maximum of four persons per unit. All members, owners and guests must present the room key card for entry to the pool area on the 4th of July.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Resort accepts only major credit cards for the $250 security deposit; cash is not accepted. All exchange companies doing business at the Dover House Resort will send their guest arrival list or resort arrival report on/or before 14:00 hours on the Friday prior to the date of arrival.

ALL RCI Inbounds, with NO exceptions, must bring an RCI confirmation with them when checking-in. The confirmation must include the name of the guest checking-in. Also, exchanges are one-week intervals for the incoming guest. If the inbound guest chooses to break the week in half, the following costs will apply: a $250 processing fee, $100 cleaning fee, and 13% Tourism & Sales tax - for the total amount of $395.50, per incoming guest for commercial use or exchange. Please note: this does not include the $30/per night Resort Fee that is charged to the guest for any commercial use of the property.
