Overview

Our resort offers cable TV, Wi-Fi, on-site coin laundry, heated pool, hot tub, and patio area overlooking the beach & BBQ grills. Being a smaller timeshare facility, daily maid service is not available. There is a maximum of 4 persons per unit.

  • Check-in is from 2pm -4pm on Saturday. If you know you are arriving after hours (after 4pm) must contact the resort by calling 727-367-5989 48 HOURS PRIOR to check-in to receive late check-in instructions. Emergency number ONLY 727-543-1185.
  • No more than 4 people in a unit and no outside guests at the pool..
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • The resort does not accept boats/trailers, or RV's. Due to limited parking, only one car per unit is allowed. A parking pass will be provided at check-in.
  • There are no phones in the units. There is a pay phone located on site in the pool area for guests to receive calls 727-363-9765.
