- All guests must contact resort to arrange key collection investgmbh@t-online.de! Depending on arrival time, key collection: office in Building 2 (Apartment 211) or from the "La Mamma" pizzeria in Missen (located 3 kilometers from the holiday complex).

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
