- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAM DETAILS: **A minimum all-inclusive fee is required per room. The fee is required for two adults in studio units, four adults in one-bedroom units, and six adults in two-bedroom units. **Children's fees apply for guests aged 3-12 years old. **An additional mandatory surcharge is required for stays on December 24th and December 31st. The all-inclusive plan includes unlimited meals and domestic beverages, non-motorized water sports, tips, and taxes. Fees are subject to change by the resort without notice. Fees may vary per night or week based on travel dates, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-inclusive fees are mandatory for our guests to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be before arrival or upon check-in.
