Overview
With the Atlantic just two blocks away, you'll have access to an endless array of water-sport diversions: Deep-sea fishing charter boat operators located at the Talbot Street Pier are available to arrange your expedition. Spend an afternoon at the Boardwalk, which is lined with quaint shops, galleries, and arcades. Or, take a trip to Frontier Town, fun entertainment for all, just four miles away. The town re-creates the West through staged holdups, street fights, and can-can shows. All units offer telephone, kitchen, air conditioning, fireplace - unit, carpet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. The Quarters at Marlin Cove has a variety of recreational diversions. With several public transportation options in and around Ocean City. Delaware is a hop skip and a jump away. Salisbury airport is 30 miles away. There is no check-in office on-site, so please make sure to contact the resort at least one week in advance of arrival to make check-in arrangements.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 115.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash only is accepted. For unit 108.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 130.00 USD for 3 bedroom units, per stay. Cash only is accepted. For unit 109.
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 115.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash only is accepted. For units 102, 207, 208, 307.

- All inbounds must contact resort at least one week in advance to obtain check in instructions. There is NO check in desk on site.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The resort fee must be paid in advance. Mail check made out to Ocean Point, Ltd to PO Box 3925, Ocean City MD 21843-3925. Or call to use Zelle or Venmo. If resort fee is not paid in advance you will not be allowed to check in.
- There is no Wi-Fi or internet connectivity on-site.
