The Greens I At Bella Vista Village Resort
Overview
Greens One Resort offers 39 large homes with atriums spread over several rolling acres. Each home is approximately 1450 sq ft. of comfortable indoor accommodations for up to 6 guests. Homes include a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split layout, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck or patio. Our homes offer scenic views of the Berksdale Golf Course, the meandering Little Sugar Creek as well as wooded views for your enjoyment while sipping on your favorite beverage from your private deck or patio. Guests can also expect to enjoy a private park with pavilion, a fire pit and picnic area. We are located on bike trails suited for children and those wanting a leisurely biking experience. For an even bigger challenge, guests can ride the Back 40 trail system recommended by the IMBA.

Other Information
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Front desk staff is available from 8a to 6p except Sunday until 4p. All guests will receive a welcome email prior to arrival which will include the door code for entry. If fees are due, you will receive the Welcome email once fees are paid in full. All fees must be paid in advance of arrival.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Limited onsite parking limits parking to two parking spaces per unit, for vehicles only. Bicycles and motorcycles are not allowed inside the units. We have a covered atrium area in each unit that can be used to store your bicycle or motorcycle. We do not allow guest towels to be used to clean or dry bicycles or motorcycles. A fee is charged if towels are used to wipe down motorcycles or bikes.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
