- Gulf Point does not provide fresh towels during the week, but the laundry facility is free.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Office is open 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday.

- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The building is older so the balconies do retain some water after storms. Laundry is ONLY on first floor in garage area and is free to all guests.
- There is only 1 parking space per unit, unauthorized vehicleswill be towed.
