NEAREST AIRPORT: Manchester 120 miles BY CAR: From airport follow signs to M6 continue along M6 north to junction 36, follow A590 and shortly after take A591 bypassing Kendal. Follow this route through Windermere to Ambleside, then turn left onto the A593. At Skelwith Bridge turn right onto the B5343 signposted Langdale, cross the cattle grid after 2 miles, down the hill and straight on until you reach the Estate entrance. Go to reception where you will be given directions to Chapel Stile Apartments which is situated 500 metres away. BY RAIL: Intercity trains run to Oxenholme (Kendal) with regular connections to Windermere.
