- 1 in 2 year group rule means members can only book one unit every two years at any of the following resorts: 1446, 2286, DE23. The Area Block Restriction means that members owning in Mazatlan cannot book into this resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Pacific Palace, Luna Palace & Oceano Palace owners cannot confirm into resorts 1446, 2286 & DE23 through RCI; violations will be cancelled.
