- A photo ID is required when checking in. Early check-ins are only allowed if the guest room is ready to be occupied. Bike rentals are available at the reception desk, based on availability. Guest Certificate Policy: Guest certificates with name changes are not allowed under 48 hours before check-in. If one is made less than 48 hours before check-in, a daily room rental fee will be required.
