- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs of age will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel unit is suitable for 2 adults and a child less than 5 yrs of age.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Gov't- approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Drivers License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in. As a special member privilege, a 10% Discount on Food & Soft beverages is given to RCI members. Members confirmed into Studios will be offered a 1-Bedroom (Utility fee applicable for Studio unit).
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The facilities & amenities provided at the resort are basic. Access to units requires climbing stairs; there is no elevator at the resort. Resort is situated on a steep hill & is therefore not recommended for guests with walking difficulties. Wi-Fi available on a chargeable basis. If you anticipate a late arrival, you must inform resort in advance.
