- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- 1-bedroom accommodations are suitable for 2 adults & 2 children; 2-bedrooms are suitable for 4 adults & 2 children. The living room does not have a sofa bed; a mattress will be provided upon request. The on-site Restaurant is situated on a hillside with a steep climb.
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Reservations should be confirmed a minimum of 16 days prior to the check-in date.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Photo ID is mandatory at time of check-in. For arrivals prior to standard check-in time, units will be allotted ONLY if available. Woolen clothing is recommended; local temperatures during summer ares 15.2 to 25.8 degrees and during the winter: 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The following resort activities are complimentary: Fitness Walk at 7:30am; Nature Hike at 9:30am; Stress-free walk at 5:00pm; Tea Time at 4:00pm; Camp Fire at 7:30pm (weather permitting); and the All-weather Swimming pool & hot tub at Tall Trees Munnar can be used from 12:00noon to 7pm; Swimwear (Nylon/Polyester fabrics) is compulsory.
