- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Every two children under the age of 12 will be considered as one adult. Hotel units are best-suited for two adults and one child under the age of 5 years.
- For ALL RCI guests (including children): it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. 10% Discount is given as a special member privilege to RCI members on Food & Soft Beverages. Light woolens and rainwear are advised at all times. Toaster and hairdryer provided on request.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Road via Theni to Munnar is blocked for upgrades: 8am to 6pm. Last 6kms to resort is on a narrow mountain road engulfed in mist. Advise having fog lamps driving to the resort. The route from Madurai & Kodai--road is open & guests can travel. Guests coming from Coimbatore take route of Theni or via Adimaly. For more info, please call the resort at 9497720015.
