The Summit Vacation Resort Tree Top Villas
Overview
The Summit Resort has two sides divided by River Road, however, guests have access to the entire property. The office is on the main side for checking in and general information. There is also a Clubhouse with two big screen smart TVs, an upstairs pool table room for guests over 21, an indoor area, and an outdoor covered space. Guests can enjoy water and sand volleyball, badminton, our 18-hole miniature golf course, two swimming pools, tetherball, shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes, and a playground area. The resort has river access from September to April for recreational fishing of bass, catfish, brown and rainbow trout. In peak season, tubing, kayaking, and shuttle services are provided for a fee. On the other side of River Road are the Treetop Villa Condos, an RV Park, and a sports area. The Summit gives guests access to a basketball and tennis court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a pool area with a slide, adult hot tub, exercise room, and a BBQ grilling area.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 7.00 U.S. dollars, per stay, . Cash or Credit is accepted.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 140.00 U.S. dollars for 4 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee must be paid in advance or upon arrival, or your reservation will be canceled.

Policy Restrictions
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- Late check-ins are handled by the security attendant at the guard gate. Guests can call security at (830) 730-0581 for after-hours check-ins or emergencies.
- Parking of RV’s is not permitted at the Villas, but The Summit does have full hook-up water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical RV sites available for a fee. Overflow parking for your RV could be available with advanced notice, based on availability and dates at a low/no charge. Please contact The Summit in advance for this option.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The front desk is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM for check-ins, questions, and maintenance and hospitality issues.
- Tree Top Villa units have an average of 25 steps to access most units, and some have up to 50 steps. There are only two zero-stair units, and guests must call in advance of making their reservation to check if one will be available for them.
