- Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
- Check-in at reception depending on your booking is Thursday from 16 to 21 hours only, and on Saturday from 16 to 22 hours only. Reception hours: Monday to Friday 8-21 hours; Saturday 8-22 hours; Sunday 8-13/16-21 hours.
- Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
- Fitness center will be closed until further notice.
- Guests need to have a valid email address on their booking, so the resort can send the pre-arrival information. For Non-RCI members please email the resort within 14 days of check-in, so they can send the pre-arrival information.

- Mandatory electricity and cleaning fees are per person, per week, and paid at check-in. Air conditioning is only available from mid-June through mid-September and operates on fixed timetables. The wellness center is currently closed.
