Resort Fees
- Parking fee is 5.00 U.S. dollars for all units. Cash only is accepted. The daily parking fee is mandatory for resort visitors. Must use the valet.
- Package fee is 25 to 50 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee for storage of incoming packages is $25 for up to 5 packages and $50 for 6 or more packages.
- Mandatory parking fee is 10.00 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The daily parking fee is mandatory for registered guests.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 150.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 25.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Due to demand, an 8-WEEK OR 56-NIGHT LIMIT per calendar year applies by region: South Florida Resorts 5773,4025,7559,4856. The limit only applies to Extra Vacations, Last Calls, and Nightly Cash Vacations, including Guest Certificates. The limit applies regardless of the number of ownerships or memberships. VIOLATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED. AFVC program bookings are NOT permitted at this resort.
- Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
- If guests want to take advantage of room charge privileges, a $150 credit card deposit is required. Credit Card approval and a photo ID are required at check-in. There is a charge for the cabanas, beach chairs, and umbrellas on the beach. Same-day reservations are not allowed at this resort. Daily and midweek housekeeping services may be available for a fee. Unit size and features assigned will be the unit booked.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: 0160 Silver Seas and 1504 Canada House Beach Club, DL05 Surside Resort, 4856 Palm Beach Shores Resort. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05.
