- Please contact the resort prior to arrival to prepay the security deposit. If not paid in advance, you must pay upon check-in. The unit you booked is the unit you will be staying in, as the resort cannot change unit assignments. The units ending in PH, PC, or PD are located upstairs.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- You may retrieve your check-in packet and keys at 4pm on the check-in date from the lock box outside the front office, on the right side of the wall. The code is 265#. Please leave your keys and pool/fitness room card on your kitchen counter at check-out. Please contact the resort with any check-in/check-out questions.
