- Contact the resort in advance if checking in after business hours or on a Sunday for after-hours procedures. If there are any issues call 855-529-3609 or text 415-992-9884. When checking in, drive past the corporate office and follow the main resort road to the check-in office located between the tennis court and the pool (directly across from building 3).
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- In preparation for your upcoming vacation please check for any testing requirements, travel restrictions, or local mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your confirmed destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Office Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you arrive outside of office hours please use the lockbox to access your keys and use code 3278B. Your key will be inside of the envelope with your name and unit number. If needed please call 855-529-3609 or text 415-992-9884. Check-out instructions are included in your welcome packet.
