- Mandatory environment tax fee is 79.19 MXN for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. Payment will be required upon check-in, per unit, per night.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 4 % for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Ask resort for currency type.

Policy Restrictions
- Exceeding the maximum capacity of the unit is not permitted. No exceptions.
- 1 in 4 rule applies.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Guests are required to complete a mandatory Pre-Check-in form before arrival. An access link will be emailed to the member 15 days before check-in. Resort owners in the Cabo San Lucas and San José Del Cabo area are not allowed to book into this resort. Studio units are one single room with no separate bedroom or privacy.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If confirming two Studio or one-bedroom units during the same week, the units will not be connected. All resort inbounds MUST print & provide their Confirmation paperwork when checking in. Passports of all guests traveling are required to complete the Pre-Check-in and check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Pueblo Bonito owners can reserve up to 4 units per resort, per year, and do not need to pay for a Guest Certificate. Pueblo Bonito Owners booking Bonus Weeks, Extra Vacations & Last Call Vacations can reserve a Studio unit, but not larger units. Restrictions are verified by name & membership number and apply even when the guest is listed on another account.
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The 1-in-4 Year Rule applies to ALL reservation types & is calculated per calendar year. A maximum of two units per resort, per year, can be reserved. Weeks do not need to be concurrent or consecutive. A Guest Certificate is required from the second unit for the same week. It is mandatory to include the guest's full contact information on the Guest Certificate. For Pueblo Bonito owners: The 1-in-4 restriction does not apply.
