This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Due to demand, an 8-WEEK OR 56-NIGHT LIMIT per calendar year applies by region: South Florida Resorts 5773,4025,7559,4856. The limit only applies to Extra Vacations, Last Calls, and Nightly Cash Vacations, including Guest Certificates. The limit applies regardless of the number of ownerships or memberships. VIOLATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED. AFVC program bookings are NOT permitted at this resort.
- Hot tub/Pool will be closed from September 2, 2021 to October 7, 2021.
- Mizner guests will have full access to the Pools at Weston Resort #5773 and Bonaventure Resort #4025
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: 5773 Weston, 4025 Bonaventure, & 7559 Mizner Place at Weston Town Center. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
