- ** RCI members must check in at the Palladium Travel Club Lobby ** Room Service available 24 hours with a fee of 10 USD per service, per room (up to 3 plates per person).
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Palladium Travel Club members cannot exchange into any Palladium Resorts through RCI. The resort participates in the all-inclusive fee prepayment program. This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. A minimum of 2 adults is required for hotel and studio 4/2 units. For hotel 6/4 units, a minimum of 4 adults is required. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Different rates may vary within the same confirmed week and will be charged daily based on your stay duration. Fees are to be paid directly to the resort and are subject to change without notice. The fees may vary depending on the travel season, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, including the number and age of guests. It's important to verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility. The guest must pay all-inclusive fees within the designated timeframe set by the confirmed resort, whether it is before arrival or upon check-in.
