In 1985, the owners of Santorini Villas decided to open their ancestral winery and family estate to visitors seeking an authentic Santorini experience. Dating back to 1547 and officially recognised as a traditional building, the property consists of fully equipped houses carved into the island's volcanic rock. Rather than focusing on luxury, the owners aim to offer guests the opportunity to experience the simple way of life enjoyed by their ancestors for centuries.Located in the peaceful village of Vourvoulos, just 1.5 km from the beach and 2.5 km from Fira, the complex offers stunning views of the vineyards and the Aegean Sea. Guests can discover traditional Greek hospitality in local tavernas, savour authentic Santorini cuisine and taste excellent local wines. Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory weekly usage fee is 100.00 EUR, per unit, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 2.00 EUR, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is 2.00€ from April to October per unit per night.
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 0.50 EUR, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fee is 0.50€ per unit, per night from November to March.
