- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
All-Inclusive Mandatory Program. Adults only. A minimum occupancy of 2 adults per room is required. Topless and games are practiced for mature audiences in development. Fees must be paid upon arrival in development, cash payments are not accepted. Rates subject to change without notice. The program includes all meals, national drinks, non-motorized water sports, activities and entertainment. It also includes a single trip transfer from the airport to the hotel, with a minimum stay of 6 nights, 10% discount on spa services at the hotel. 10% discount on tours with the hotel agency and garden view unit. Please confirm the transportation service 72 hours before your arrival at 1855-556-1632 Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-Inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
