- Service fee is 53.50 to 160.50 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is paid per booking for 1-7 nights at $53.50, 8-14 nights at $107, and 9-21 nights at $160.50.

- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Coral Sands Resort North (#C688), Port O'Call (#0995), Island Links Resort (#1473), Coral Reef Resort (#3975), Coral Sands Resort (#6736), Island Links By Coral Resorts (#7630). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Hot tub/Pool will be closed from April 24, 2025 to May 12, 2025.
- In the two-bedroom units, there are multiple stairs leading to the units, as well as stairs inside the unit. In the three-bedroom units that sleep eight guests, the bedrooms are located upstairs, so there are nineteen steps leading up to the unit and a flight of interior stairs up to the bedrooms.
- Parking spaces are limited to two per unit. For bike rentals, please call and order through Wheelz at 843-842-4445 three days before your arrival. The Pool Bar, with light snacks, sodas, and alcoholic beverages, is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The children's pool and hot tub at Coral Sands North will be closed from April 24 to May 12, 2025. Guests will have access to the main pool at Coral Sands North. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub at Coral Sands.
- The clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. If you will arrive outside these hours, please call the resort at (843) 341-5401 at least three days before your arrival to receive the late check-in procedure. Please call the resort at least three weeks in advance to discuss special requests.
