- The mandatory fee for 2027 is €250 per reservation, comprising a €150 Utility Fee and a €100 Resort Credit. The full amount is payable no later than 21 days before arrival, or within 72 hours of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival. The €100 Resort Credit may be used towards food, beverages and eligible resort services. Any charges above the credit value must be paid directly to the resort by the guest at check-out.
- The €150 Utility Fee covers operating costs associated with the stay, including apartment cleaning, linen and towel changes, water, electricity, air conditioning, internet access, SAT TV, pool use and applicable local taxes.
