- Prepay fee 48 hours after the unit is confirmed or 30 days before the scheduled check-in day using the email sent by Vidanta with instructions to pay online or by phone. Vidanta owners can't confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun & The Cascades. Violations are canceled.

- The mandatory resort fee applies to reservations made after June 15, 2024. Multiple and consecutive bookings are allowed, but require a Guest Certificate starting from the second. The subscriber's resort fee applies when the subscriber travels. The resort fee will be charged for each reservation. If more than one Guest Certificate is for the same travel date, each must be in the name of a different guest.
