- Compulsory Christmas dinner 24 Dec US$40 and New Year's Eve dinner 31 Dec US90 per staying guest. Children younger than 12 years old are charged 50% of the adult rate. (Price subject to change). Cooking activities are strictly not allowed in the room for safety reasons. The resort does not accept US Dollars, they only accept local currency.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Hotel unit can accommodate 1 child below 8 years old using existing bed with no extra charges. Breakfast is currently not available, only ala carte menu. Restaurant is open with limited menu from 7AM to 9PM, and until 11PM for dinner request.
- On December 31, the resort hosts a mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner costing IDR 800,000, per adult. Children under age 12 are charged 50% of the adult price, and children under 3 are free. The dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on that date. Additionally, à la carte dinner service will not be available, as all guests are expected to participate in the event.
- Please note: Sat, March 29th, 2025 and Thurs, March 19th, 2026 are Nyepi Days (Silence Days) in Bali. Traffic is not allowed, and this includes flights and vehicles. Everyone must stay in their house or resort. Most activities within the resort are impacted, and lights must be kept off as much as possible.
