Overview
La Casella Eco Resort is situated at the junction of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, approximately 15 minutes from the A1 motorway linking Rome and Florence. The estate lies within the Monte Peglia World Biosphere Reserve – a UNESCO MAB site. Ancient stone farmhouses, restored in keeping with their original architecture, now form a small, scattered village nestled in the heart of nature. Guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of Italian country life, with the chance to sample the cuisine and wines from local vineyards, take walks through woods and hills, or go horse riding in the countryside. Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory half-board fee is 210 EUR, per child, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is for guests under age 12. Stays less than 7 nights, still requires the full weekly amount.
- Mandatory half-board fee is 370 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Guests staying less than 7 nights must still pay the full weekly amount.
- Mandatory usage fee is 70 EUR, per unit, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Heating cost from Nov 1 through March 31, or outside these dates if guests need it.
- Mandatory club card fee is 30.00 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per person, per week for ages 12 and above. There is no fee for ages 12 and younger.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory tourist tax fee is 1 EUR for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Applicable per night per person over 18 years old.

- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Surcharge fee (heating fee) is charged from 01 November through 31 March. Also applies outside of this period if the guest requests to have the heating on.
- The last four miles before arriving at the resort are unpaved roads. Contact the resort for detailed driving directions on WhatsApp at +39 35052811717 or email info@lacasella.it. Our check-in time is from 5 pm until 8 pm. Please notify the resort in advance if you will arrive after 8 pm.
- Units with a Sunday check-in are 300m from the reception area, and units with a Saturday check-in are 1200 or 1500m from the reception area, which closes at 10 pm. Guests must call in advance if they will arrive after 10 pm and pay a mandatory late check-in fee. There is no cell phone coverage available at the resort.
- When reserving a two-bedroom unit, guests must pay the mandatory half-board fee for a minimum of four adults.
