- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Front desk hours are Friday: 8am–7 pm, Monday & Wednesday: 9am–4pm, Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-12 pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm, and closed on Sunday.
- Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
- If multiple units are booked for the same week, the resort requires you to purchase a guest certificate for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could result in added charges at check-in, or the resort can deny access to your units(s). Pet-friendly units for Friday check-in are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a pet fee.
