• A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
• Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
• It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Certificate. Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
• Reception hours are Friday 8am-noon then 2pm-7pm. Monday to Thursday 8am-noon then 2pm-5pm. Saturday 8am-1pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm.
• There are no telephones in the units and the closest public phone is approximately 50m walk from the resort. There is onsite parking at the resort for each unit and there is parking on the road in front of the building.
