Other Information
- All guests checking in must pay the mandatory resort fee as applicable for all guests. Joint members must contact RCI before confirming to receive special instructions. Vidanta owners cannot confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun & The Cascades, and violations will be canceled.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Prepay the fees within 72 hours after confirming the unit or up to 30 days before check-in by accessing the email sent by Vidanta with online payment instructions. Please complete the pre-check-in process by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The resort will receive the reservation update, including Guest Certificates, within 72 hours after finalizing your reservation.

- The fee does not cover local taxes. To prepay the resort fees, please call +(800) 849-3884. The resort fee includes a welcome cocktail, workout facility access for all guests, daily housekeeping, onsite transportation, Wi-Fi for up to three devices, local phone calls, an in-room lockbox, and a 20% discount at Vidanta Spa and Vidanta Golf.
- The mandatory resort fee is required when checking into the resort. Multiple and consecutive reservations are allowed; however, a Guest Certificate is required with the second unit onward. Even when the member is traveling on one of these multiple reservations, the resort fee will still be charged on all reservations. If more than one Guest Certificate is entered for the same travel date, each must be under a different guest name.
- There is a 4% state lodging tax.
