Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. Resort enforces 1/3 Rule. Multiple or consecutive weeks are not allowed. All members staying at a resort in the state of Quintana Roo will have to pay an additional 3 percent state tax.
