Other Information
- From October through December 2024, reservations made in Hotel type units after October 3, 2024, will be assigned to Deluxe Ocean View units in the hotel's main building.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The resort is situated on a hill, and it might be difficult for some guests to walk to the units. Please consider this if traveling with anyone elderly, disabled, or with difficulties walking. Owners with a timeshare property in the Guanacaste area are not allowed to book into this resort.
- There's an additional cleaning fee of US$15 in Hotel units, US$27 in 1BR & 2BR units and US$35 in 3BR units.All guests must call front desk 15 minutes before checking out to allow housekeeping verify that the unit’s condition and that no items are missing. Any check out after 10am would apply a fine of US$150. No late check out available.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory meal program fees are charged per person, per night, and are paid at check-in for the entire duration of your stay. The children's fee applies to guests 5 - 11 years of age. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, and taxes. If you check out early, there will be NO REFUND. Fees are subject to change by the property without prior notice and may vary depending on the travel season, such as high season and Holiday weeks. The mandatory meal plan fees are calculated based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including the number and age of guests. It's important to verify that the fees are correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to traveler information may result in a difference in pricing and will be the guests' responsibility. HOTEL UNITS REQUIRE A MINIMUM FOUR-NIGHT STAY, AND VILLA UNITS REQUIRE A MINIMUM FIVE-NIGHT STAY.
