- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Hotel Units 04/02 consist of 2 Queen size beds and are best suited for 2 Adults and 2 Children.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAM rates may vary during the week based on actual travel dates. A minimum all-inclusive fee is required per room. The all-inclusive fees must be paid for two adults in hotel units, three adults in one-bedroom units, and four adults in two-bedroom units. The fee paid for two children counts as the fee payment for one adult. Children's fees apply to guests aged 3-12 years old. Guests staying on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year's Eve (December 31) must pay a mandatory supplemental fee. The program includes unlimited national food and beverages, non-motorized water sports, tips, and taxes. Fees are subject to change by the resort without notice. Fees may vary per night or week based on travel dates, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the ages of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fees are correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fees and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-inclusive fees must be paid in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be before arrival or upon check-in.
