- RVs & trailers are not allowed on property - including the area outside of the development near the fishing pond. They are also not allowed in residence driveways. The HOA will issue tickets, nightly, for large vehicles parked onsite. The closest parking for RVs & trailers is: Bella Vista Storage - located about 6 miles away. They charge $10/day and their phone number is: 435-652-8280.
