  • An online prepayment of your cleaning fee is required before your arrival, and Skistar will contact guests directly regarding this fee. Contact the resort in advance if bringing a pet to discuss if this option can be approved. The resort will provide information to guests traveling with pets or those who are allergic to fur animals.
  • Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
  • Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
  • Pets are not allowed at the resort but exceptions might be possible. Members should contact the resort for more information.

  • The keys to the apartment will be found in a postbox located to the right of the main entance of Experium in Lindvallen. In the envelope there is also a map of the location of the unit. Please contact reception for the code to the post box tel +46(0)280 86463 or email reception.snotorget@skistar.com Between May & November limited opening hours for all services in Experium centre area.
  • Utility Fee payment shall be done with credit card before arrival.You will receive a booking confirmation when the booking is done in Skistar system up to two weeks before arrival. The confirmation shows booking number and the utility fee to pay. After, please log on to www.skistar.com, fill in your e-mail address and reset password. When this is done you can log on and pay the utility fee.
