- A maximum of two multiple reservations per year are allowed at this property. Consecutive weeks are not permitted, without exception. The rules apply to everyone, including Margarita Real owners. Restrictions will be verified through identification (I.D.), and any violations will result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Area Restriction: Owners at a resort in the state of Nueva Esparta (Isla de Margarita and Isla de Coche) and owners at the Páramo La Culata resort (2683, and 4124) are not allowed to book in this property. This rule only applies to week exchanges.
- Owners of Margarita Real (C249), Ikin Margarita (C033), Sun Sol (A719, A718, C042, C534), and Maloka Boutique Hotel (C991) are exempt from this rule. Owners at multiple resorts exchanging into this resort must use a week from a resort outside Isla Margarita and Nueva Esparta.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The property has a mandatory breakfast fee of USD 9.00 per person, per day, for your entire stay in both low and high season. Children under 4 years old are free.
