Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The resort only accepts payments in Colombian pesos.
RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
Mandatory 7 Day All Inclusive Program. The program includes meals, beverages and some activities. The All Inclusive Fees must be paid upon arrival at front desk and are subject to change without notice. There is no prepayment.
On arrival to the hotel, the Terra passport must be purchased for US$20 per person, per week. Passport must be purchase per person over 1 year old.
Check-in is at the hotel lobby. The resort will reflect the RCI reservation only until the day of check-in. It is important that you travel with & present your confirmation letter upon registering.
In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
