The condominium includes basic items so that you may enjoy your stay. Each condominium has a 2-car deep parking space where you may park your car and a guest's car or a boat trailer. Any extra vehicles may park on the West side of the street across from the property and towards the South end of the street. Other available parking spaces will be noted in red on the office door. We have Roku TV. After turning the power on, set the guest mode to check out the following Saturday on the calendar. You can then watch Roku channels, the Live channels, or you may use any passcodes for your streaming subscriptions. You may search on the TV or on your cellphone to find instructions on how to watch games or other channels on Roku.

Charges will apply if the condo is left dirty or items are missing or broken.
Condominium cleanings are on Saturdays between check-out and check-in, therefore there are no early check-ins.
Please email the resort a few weeks prior to your stay to complete required paperwork. manager@peacefulbayresort.com Items needed: confirmation paperwork, ID, credit card deposit, a cell phone so that you can receive a keyless entry door code via text, & a signed Boat Slip Agreement if needed (there is a fee for the boat slip).
