- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- A medical facility named Vijaya Raj Hospital is 2 km from the resort.
- A photo ID is mandatory when checking in. Early check-in is only offered if the guest room is ready for occupancy.
- Extra bed charges applicable Rs.1800 + 18% GST. Extra person not allowed in Hotel Unit.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
