All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
Mandatory All Inclusive Program. Child Fees apply from 5-11 years old. A minimum occupancy of 2 Adults required. Mandatory surcharge of US$81.74 for January 1st and December 29th-31st per room, per night. Program includes American Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner served in Buffet Style at "The Market" Restaurant including soft drinks, tea, coffee & local water during meal periods as well as selected items from the minibar or pool bar (2 local water, 2 soft drinks & 1 tonic water).

Guests are entitled to a food & beverage discount of 25% within all of the Lifestyle Luxury Vacation Club resorts (see benefit web site above for a complete list of properties). BUT DUE TO COVID 19 SITUATION, SOME FACLITIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE SUCH AS SPA, GYM, LAUNDRY, BAR, KIDS CLUB, CHILDREN'S AREA AND SOME F & B SERVICES.
Access to Andreas by Lifestyle at Habtoor Grand with No entry charges from Monday to Thursday, 40% discount, and a Minimum Spend of $27. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, No entrance fee, 40% discount with a minimum spend of U$69 (ladies) and $82 (Men).
Guests can use their paid all-inclusive restaurant at their hotel plus the following restaurants and hotels: The Market at Hilton Dubai at Al Habtoor City, Level Seven at the V hotel, Andalucia at Al Habtoor Polo Resort, Al Safa at Metropolitan hotel Dubai & Al Dhiyafa at Al Habtoor Grand.
All Inclusive Fees to be paid at the resort upon check - in. Some services will not be available due to Covid such as Spa and children's area.
