The Royal Cancun® is nestled on a sheltered beach on the north shore of Cancun that is perfect for families, the water is calm and shallow and the views of the bay and Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Set in tropical gardens, the five-star resort has 201 fully equipped two-bedroom suites with every creature comfort, Wi-Fi and spacious balconies. Resort services include pools, tennis courts, a gym, children’s pool and playground, a mini spa and an activities program for children, teens and adults. Guests can sign out snorkeling gear, bikes and sailboats from the sports desk and organize day trips at the tour desk. The beachfront restaurant is a popular spot for International, Mexican and seafood dishes and offers an express take-out food counter and pizza delivery service. There’s a convenience store, concierge service, car rental and guest laundry. A full-service spa is available nearby. Guests are entitled to special rates at several local golf courses.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 10.00 USD, per person, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Foreigners must complete form & payment at https://visitax.gob.mx prior to departure.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory environment tax fee is 134.84 MXN for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Environmental Tax is per unit, per night in 2-Bedroom units.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 600.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.

Optional All-Inclusive means you are not required to participate in all-inclusive or pay the associated fees. You will have the option to pay for all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.
Optional All-inclusive program includes food, snacks, 24-hour room service, selection of national and international alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, juice, and water, mini-bar stocked with beer, in-room coffee machine, and service, supervised Kids Club from 9am to 6pm for children aged between 4 and 12, free Wi-Fi in public areas of the resort, sports, non-motorized water sports, variety of daily activities and evening entertainment, tips and taxes. The resort does not accept Discover and Traveler's Checks in US Dollars. No minimum occupancy is required per unit. All-inclusive fees are subject to change without prior notice. Teen fees apply from 13-17 years old and child fees apply from 4-12 years old.
